These kinds of problems can result in misunderstandings and frustration. And these negative feelings also influence their productivity and efficiency. With our workshop we want to break through this undesirable cycle.

• Austrian history and peculiarities
• Facts about Austria (economic situation, job situation, political system)
• The language: different kinds of communication (verbal - non-verbal)
• Service and tipping at restaurants
• Dress Code
• Addressing: academic titles, « Du » « Sie »
